The amount of caffeine used also determines the period these products will last. Different individuals react differently with these products. Some are affected and can even lead to vomiting. They are advised to discontinue the use of these products and consult their physicians. Some are even prescribed certain medicines they use to get rid of the remaining caffeine in the body.

These products come in different flavors and tastes. The ingredients used depend with the manufacturers. Customers can choose products depending on the ingredients used. They have to read and understand the different things used before buying them. Some can also buy them from the manufacturers themselves. They have to consult their physicians when buying them.

Those using these products should be very careful and have to consider their health before using them. These foods can be replaced with other types of food.
