Why Trying Kettlebell Exercises Can Work for Triple H

By Rob Sutter

Trying kettlebell exercises has a quantity of different benefits but I think that the assembling of strength and versatility stands tall above all else. It only advertises building power but there's a sense of agility and flexibility that comes with it, which is what I could see becoming handy for a number of wrestlers. With WrestleMania just around the corner, who's to say that the performers couldn't take advantage of them in some way? Triple H probably has the most on his plate of any competitor during that event.

I'm not going to assert that Triple H is exactly the most out of shape competitor today but I think he has lost quite a bit in recent years. You can chalk this up to him becoming part of the corporation, leaving the full-time roster in order to go after that particular interest. However, I think that it's hampered his athleticism and considering the challenge that awaits him at WrestleMania, this should not be a factor. On that gigantic stage, he has a sizable task in bringing down former UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar.

To say that Lesnar is a serious opponent would be an understatement and it's the kind of wake up that Triple H needs, in my opinion. He may want to go about trying kettlebell exercises is he's so serious about competing at WrestleMania. This challenge is not one that he can easily power his way through, considering that the opposition is a dangerous fighter. It's why he's going to have to look deeper in order to access the features of regimens given by names such as Lorna.

The problem with Lesnar, as far as an opponent is concerned, is that he cannot be so easily taken down by typical means. For so many years, Triple H has been a star with more impact to his moves but I don't know if that feature will come so much in handy against a mixed martial artist. Triple H will need to use his cognition in order to be better. These weights could easily train his mind as well, allowing him to make use of the most vital organ in the human body.

Triple H has always been known for his mental game and there are few challengers who are able to match him in that respect. It's what made him such a success when he was the tip of his career but who's to say that trying kettlebell exercises couldn't help him further? This is especially accurate when you think about how he's been out of the ring for quite some time. I think it's apparent that he will need some support to better prepare for WrestleMania.
