The Facts On Grenade 50 Calibre

By Russ Howe

New pre-workout supplements arrive by the day and it's very easy to get lost in the endless hype surrounding them, with each one claiming to give you your most intense workout ever. Today we look into Grenade 50 Calibre and determine whether it's as solid as the hype surrounding it claim it to be.

The first thing we'd like to say is pre workout supplements are the current 'next big thing' in supplements and the first thing you will notice is that they all claim to be better than the next.

The main ingredients are usually always the same despite the fact every product claims to be radically different than anything else which has ever hit the market.

So how does this supplement compare to the rest? Are there side effects to take into consideration? Read on to find out.

This product is very solid and covers all the bases you would expect from a product designed to get your blood pumping before a big workout. The huge dosage of caffeine will do that, and we'd recommend beginning a cycle of this product with 50% serving size to test your body's tolerance, such is the level of caffeine.

Despite all the claims of 'pre workout devastation' on the packaging, which again comes in the form of an army-style piece of equipment, there are a few good fat burning ingredients featured here behind the scenes which will encourage the use of fat for fuel when you are in them gym. Bitter Orange Peel and Green Tea Extract are both proven in this field and were featured to great effect in their previous supplement, Thermo Detonator.

There's a few noteworthy side effects to take into consideration here, too. First and foremost you will notice you get a headache if you jump straight in with full servings because the product might be too strong for your body to handle initially. If this occurs knock it down to half-servings for a few days. An uneasy stomach can also occur but this happens with the majority of this type of product.

One area we'd like to point out here is the tub specifically states you receive 50 servings in your sack, yet they are actually referring to the 'half servings' we mentioned above, i.e. half a scoop not a full one. Why they haven't made this clear is beyond us, but bear in mind as you purchase this supplement it should last for around one month which is standard for this type of product.

Overall, Grenade .50 Calibre is a solid and research proven pre-workout supplement which does the job it sets out to do. Whether other products of this type can be deemed 'better' will ultimately be a game of opinion rather than fact for the reasons given above, but if you're looking at this as a way to improve your workout performance it does stack up well.
