From the previous article on how to get slim, I made mention of 20 foods to help lose weight and I talked about 18 of them, and I said I would give the remaining ones in this posting. So, on this page, we will be discussing the last two (2) foods and then we will go into the stuff that your diet expert won't share with you losing weight.
